I recently had a very good stay at this hotel in Tuscany. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices during my stay in September. The attention to detail was impressive, with basic amenities and good-sized bedrooms. The hotel's location just outside the city center was perfect for catching the bus into town, making it convenient for exploring. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service, making my vacation really enjoyable.

nice place near enough to the historic center of Siena. Free parking was a big plus! Breakfast was nice and the b'fast room charming.

I am surprised at the cost of lodging in Siena (VPS price is in line with other Siena hotels). Siena is a nice place to visit, however, it may be better to stay elsewhere (Fiorenze or Assisi) and make Siena a day trip.

Our Christmas stay was tolerable. The breakfast offered a variety of food options, and the rooms were clean. The hotel is located near a bus stop and a train station, which made it easy to access neighboring cities. Another plus was the free Wi-Fi.

The rooms were too small for two people, and the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. The heating system was not functioning properly, which made the winter stay uncomfortable and chilly.

THe breakfast is really standard. Internet was not really working when we are there.

Breakfast was good and the hotel desk person was very helpful in finding our next hotel in Orvieto

It was hard to find, especially with the google directions.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to get to the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The breakfast is nice, with a variety of options available. There is also a pizza restaurant nearby, perfect for a quick dinner. Despite being outside of the city center, it is still a good location to base yourself for a visit to the city walls.

The air conditioning system is not always reliable, which may be uncomfortable during the hot summer months.

Poor quality breakfast Rooms rather tired and in need of refurbishment

My wife and I stayed 2 nights in Sep 2011. The room was average size and comfortable. The continental breakfast was okay.

The hotel should give clear directions from both thr train and the bus station. We asked several people before able to arrive there.

The best hotel, which we have seen during our 14 days trip over Tuscany, Italy. Cool room, good breakfast, parking available, wi-fi free. It is about 20-30 minutes by foot to the city center, good location. Personal friendly and speak English.
